Who we are
Technik TaskForce – a student company
We are a group of students at the episcopal Willigis-Gymnasium in Mainz. A few years ago, we began taking care of the maintenance of the technical devices in our school extracurricularly. As time goes by, we became a contact for both teachers and students. Now transformed this engagement into a business model and signed up the student company „Technik TaskForce“at IW JUNIOR and developed a solid, secured structure.
As the central interface, the chairman of the board takes care of the coordination of the company. The satisfaction of the customers, the cooperation and motivation of the employees as well as the delegation of tasks and orders are among the core tasks of the chairman of the board. Divided into two equal chairmen and managing directors (Markus B. and Yamal v. O.), he makes trend-setting decisions in coordination with the employees.
The administration currently consists of three members (chairwoman Ronja Grangladen and employees Lukas Christ and Felix Kraft) and is responsible for legal and financial issues. For example, she takes care of the monthly fees to IW Junior and the legal requirements of contracts. Since this also has to be approved by the board of directors, the administration works even more closely with it than the other departments.
The marketing department is responsible for the company’s external presence. The task is to draw attention to our young company and to give customers, supporters and interested parties an insight into our work. The marketing department is also responsible for the design and, above all, for compliance with the corporate identity. In the media area of this department, video productions are created for our customers.
The technology department is responsible for the execution of all orders that we receive from our clientele, especially the school as a regular customer. It takes care of school technology, most often in the form of an emergency hotline, i.e. smart boards, digital boards, laptops, iPads, etc. Further customer inquiries range from simple technical questions to complex problems in software and hardware.
